GENERAL

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

1. All crimes described in the Criminal Code (Canada) are prescribed for the purposes of paragraphs 3 and 4 of subsection 2 (1) of the Act. O. Reg. 456/96, s. 1.

Note: On October 16, 2024, the day section 1 of Schedule 18 to the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024 comes into force, the French version of section 1 of the Regulation is amended. (See: O. Reg. 379/24, s. 1)

2. The crimes described in the following provisions of the Criminal Code (Canada) are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 3 (1) of the Act:
