Amending Reg. 771 of R.R.O. 1990

(Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology — Colleges)

1. Subsection 4.0.0.1 (1) of Regulation 771 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(1) The college of applied arts and technology known as “Collège Boréal d’arts appliqués et de technologie” is continued for the areas comprised of,

(a) the territorial districts of Algoma, Cochrane, Kenora, Manitoulin, Nipissing, Parry Sound, Rainy River, Sudbury, Thunder Bay and Timiskaming, including any cities and separated towns within those districts;

(b) the geographic areas of the upper-tier municipalities of Bruce, Dufferin, Durham, Elgin, Essex, Grey, Haliburton, Halton, Hastings, Huron, Lambton, Lennox and Addington, Middlesex, Muskoka, Niagara, Northumberland, Oxford, Peel, Perth, Peterborough, Simcoe, Waterloo, Wellington and York; and

(c) the geographic areas of the local municipalities of Barrie, Belleville, Brantford, Chatham-Kent, County of Brant, County of Prince Edward, Guelph, Haldimand County, Hamilton, Kawartha Lakes, London, Norfolk County, Orillia, Pelee, Peterborough, Quinte West, St. Marys, St. Thomas, Stratford, Toronto and Windsor.
