Amending O. Reg. 37/93

(Reciprocal Suspension of Driver’s Licence)

1. The Table to Ontario Regulation 37/93 is amended by adding the following items:

Operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by intoxicating liquor or controlled substance or a combination of them, under Michigan Compiled Law, Section 625(3).
