Amending Reg. 328 of R.R.O. 1990

(Endangered Species)

1. Schedule 2 to Regulation 328 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

18. Carex lupuliformis Sartwell ex Dewey commonly known as False Hop Sedge.

19. Agalinis skinneriana (Wood) Britt. commonly known as Skinner’s Agalinis in all locations except on Walpole Island First Nation in Lambton County.

20. Tephrosia virginiana (L.) Pers. commonly known as Virginia Goat’s-rue.

21. Symphyotrichum sericeum (Vent.) Nesom commonly known as Western Silvery Aster.
