Amending Reg. 928 of R.R.O. 1990
(Members’ Duty to Prepare Informations)
1. Regulation 928 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following French version:
DEVOIR DES MEMBRES D’ÉTABLIR LES DÉNONCIATIONS
1. (1) Toute dénonciation faite sous serment par un membre d’un corps de police et alléguant la commission d’une infraction à une loi du Parlement du Canada ou de la Législature de l’Ontario est établie par un membre d’un corps de police.
(2) La dénonciation visée au paragraphe (1) est établie de façon appropriée pour son dépôt devant un juge de paix, au moyen de la formule prescrite dans les cas où celle-ci est exigée.
