Amending Reg. 951 of R.R.O. 1990

(Designation of Parks)

1. (1) Section 2 of Regulation 951 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out the designations of Chapleau-Nemegosenda River Provincial Park and Missinaibi Provincial Park and substituting the following:

CHAPLEAU-NEMEGOSENDA RIVER PROVINCIAL PARK (WATERWAY CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Alcorn, Bonar, Collins, Sadler, Copperfield, Lincoln, Pattinson, Paul, Racine, Sherlock, D’Arcy, and McGee, in the Territorial District of Sudbury, and in the geographic Townships of Kapuskasing and Lougheed, in the Territorial District of Algoma, containing 17,732 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 to 9, both inclusive, on a plan known as Chapleau-Nemegosenda River Provincial Park (Waterway Class), filed on August 18, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

MISSINAIBI PROVINCIAL PARK (WATERWAY CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Eilber and Devitt, in the municipal Township of Mattice-Val Côté, and in the geographic Townships of Canfield, Sutcliffe, Gardiner, Mulholland, McCuaig, Gentles, Lambert, Mahoney, Habel, Hambly, Amery, Garden, McBrien, Burstall, McLeister, Scovil, Goldwin, Sankey, Staunton, Magladery, Orkney and Rykert and in unsurveyed territory, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, and in the geographic Townships of Abbott, Cromlech, Byng, Ericson, Puskuta, Champlain, Hayward, Coderre, Conking, Lerwick, Kildare and Abigo, in the Territorial District of Algoma, and in the geographic Townships of Calais, Barclay, Baltic, Leeson, Admiral, Missinaibi, Brackin, Clifton, Abbey, Lang, Chaplin and Addison, in the Territorial District of Sudbury containing 116,110 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said townships and unsurveyed territory designated as Parts 1 to 12, both inclusive, on a plan known as Missinaibi Provincial Park (Waterway Class), filed on April 14, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(2) Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following designations:

ABITIBI-DE-TROYES PROVINCIAL PARK (HISTORICAL CLASS)

In the geographic Township of Kerrs and in unsurveyed territory in the Territorial District of Cochrane, containing 4,340 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said geographic township and unsurveyed territory designated as Part 1, on a plan known as P1616 Abitibi-De-Troyes Provincial Park (Historical Class), filed on March 14, 2005, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

DANA-JOWSEY LAKES PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURAL ENVIRONMENT CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Denton and Carscallen, in the City of Timmins, and in the geographic Townships of Keefer and Whitesides, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, and in geographic Townships of Sewell and Frey, in the Territorial District of Sudbury, and in the geographic Township of Hillary, in the Territorial District of Timiskaming, containing 8,794 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 and 2, on a plan known as Dana-Jowsey Lakes Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 1, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

EGAN CHUTES PROVINCIAL PARK ADDITION (WATERWAY CLASS)

In the geographic Township of Dungannon, in the Town of Bancroft, in the geographic Township of Carlow, now in the municipal Township of Carlow/Mayo, and in the geographic Township of Monteagle, now in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands, in the County of Hastings, containing 778 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 and 2, on a plan known as P56 Egan Chutes Provincial Park Addition (Waterway Class), filed on August 27, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

ESKER LAKES PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURAL ENVIRONMENT CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Bisley and Clifford, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, and in the geographic Township of Morrisette in the Town of Kirkland Lake, and in the geographic Township of Arnold, in the Territorial District of Timiskaming containing 6,516 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a Plan known as Esker Lakes Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class) filed on April 29, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

GRASSY RIVER-MOND LAKE LOWLANDS AND FERRIS LAKE UPLANDS PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURE RESERVE CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Mond, Kemp and Halliday, in the Territorial District of Sudbury containing 2,602 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said geographic townships designated as Part 1 on a Plan known as P1639 Grassy River-Mond Lake Lowlands and Ferris Lake Uplands Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class), filed on April 14, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

GREENWATER PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURAL ENVIRONMENT CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Colquhoun, Leitch, Calder and Clute, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, containing 8,504 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts in the said townships, designated as Parts 1 to 3, both inclusive, on a Plan known as Greenwater Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class) filed on April 14, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

IVANHOE LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURAL ENVIRONMENT CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Ivanhoe, Carty, Pinogami, Evans, Biggs, Hellyer, Raney, Crockett, Denyes, Halcrow, Tooms and Eisenhower, in the Territorial District of Sudbury, containing 7,705 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 to 4, both inclusive, on a plan known as Ivanhoe Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 23, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

KAWARTHA HIGHLANDS SIGNATURE SITE PARK (NATURAL ENVIRONMENT CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Cavendish and Harvey now in the Municipal Township of Galway-Cavendish and Harvey, and in the geographic Townships of Anstruther and Burleigh, now in the Municipal Township of North Kawartha, in the County of Peterborough, containing 37,587 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a Plan known as P26 Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Park (Natural Environment Class) filed on November 2, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

LAKE ABITIBI ISLANDS PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURE RESERVE CLASS)

In unsurveyed territory, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, containing 2,721 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said unsurveyed territory designated as Parts 1 to 57, both inclusive, on a Plan known as P1622 Lake Abitibi Islands Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class) filed on April 28, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

NAGAGAMISIS PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURAL ENVIRONMENT CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Frances, Flanders, Hiawatha, Nagagami, Frost, Elgie, McEwing, Newlands, Mercer, Cross and Arnott, in the Territorial District of Algoma, and in the geographic Townships of McMillan, Fintry, Auden, and unsurveyed territory, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, containing 40,683 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships and unsurveyed territory designated as Parts 1 to 9, both inclusive, on a plan known as Nagagamisis Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 1, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

STURGEON RIVER PROVINCIAL PARK (WATERWAY CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of Afton, Clary, DeMorest, Ellis, Haentschel, Janes, Macbeth, Marconi, McCarthy, McLeod, McNish, Selkirk, Sheppard and Turner, in the Territorial District of Sudbury and in the geographic Township of Janes, in the Municipality of West Nipissing in the Territorial District of Nipissing, containing 7,985 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 to 4, both inclusive, on a plan known as Sturgeon River Provincial Park (Waterway Class), filed on April 14, 2004, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

WILDGOOSE OUTWASH DEPOSIT PROVINCIAL PARK (NATURE RESERVE CLASS)

In the geographic Townships of McCann and Tolstoi, in the Territorial District of Cochrane, containing 1,198 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said geographic townships designated as Part 1 on a plan known as P1610 Wildgoose Outwash Deposit Provincial Park (Nature Reserve Class), filed on April 14, 2004 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.
