Amending O. Reg. 66/06
(Designated Agencies (Definition of “Crown Employee”))
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 66/06 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
1.1 Local health integration networks as defined in section 2 of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006.
2. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out the following items:
Central Health Integration Network
Central East Health Integration Network
Central West Health Integration Network
Health Integration Network of Champlain
Health Integration Network of Erie St. Clair
Health Integration Network of Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant
Health Integration Network of Mississauga Halton

3. This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on March 28, 2006.
