Services that cannot be identified as a special service

1. For the purposes of clause 326 (5) (a) of the Act, the following services are prescribed as services that cannot be identified as a special service under clause 326 (1) (a) of the Act:

1. Health programs and services under Part II of the Health Protection and Promotion Act.

Revocation

2. Ontario Regulation 305/02 is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and the day subsection 136 (2) of Schedule A to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 comes into force.
