Revoking O. Reg. 609/05

(By-laws re Signs, Notices and Advertising Devices)

1. Ontario Regulation 609/05 is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and the day subsection 11 (4) of Schedule A to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 comes into force.
