Amending O. Reg. 77/97
(Joint Investments — Designation of Additional Persons under Subsection 420 (1) of the Act)
1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 77/97 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
1.1 A foundation established by a college established under the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002 whose purposes include receiving and maintaining a fund or funds for the benefit of the college.
(2) Paragraph 2 of section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “described in paragraph 1” and substituting “described in paragraph 1 or 1.1”.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
