Amending O. Reg. 121/98

(Administration and Enforcement of Regulations in respect of the Raw Milk and Cream Quality Program)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 121/98 is amended by striking out “subsection 52 (1) and subsection 54 (2)” and substituting “and subsection 52 (1.1)”.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subclauses 52 (1) (a) (i) and (iii), subsection 52 (3)” and substituting “subsection 52 (1)”.

(3) Paragraph 3 of subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Subsection 38 (6) in respect of the Director’s approval of the amount of a sample of milk.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2010 and the day it is filed.
