Amending Reg. 598 of R.R.O. 1990

(Gross Weight on Bridges)

1. Section 2 of Regulation 598 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “or 26” and substituting “26 or 27”.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

SCHEDULE 27
Grand River CAyuga Bridge

Bridge	Vehicle	Gross Weight Limit in Tonnes
Bridge No. 9-43, known as the Grand River Cayuga Bridge, located on that part of Highway 3 in the County of Haldimand, over the Grand River.	single vehicle	18 tonnes
	single vehicle with one towed vehicle	32 tonnes
	single vehicle with two towed vehicles	45 tonnes

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
