Amending O. Reg. 279/99

(Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation)

1. Subsections 5 (4), (6) and (7) of Ontario Regulation 279/99 are revoked.

2. Section 15 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “conduct a review of the affairs of the Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation and shall submit a report” and substituting “submit his or her report”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
