Amending O. Reg. 199/00

(Payments into the Consolidated Revenue Fund)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 199/00 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The Corporation shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund 20 per cent of the revenue that it receives each week from the operation of the following gaming sites under the Act, after paying prizes and winnings to players:

1. Caesars Windsor.

2. Casino Niagara.

3. Casino Rama.

4. Fallsview Casino Resort.

5. Great Blue Heron Slot Facility.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 11 (4) of Schedule 34 to the Better Tomorrow for Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2011 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
