Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS — NORTHWESTERN REGION)

1. Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Schedule 2
dance LOCAL ROADS AREA

All of the Township of Dance in the Territorial District of Rainy River shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1004, filed with the Records Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on February 13, 2012.

2. Schedule 57 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Schedule 57
McCALLUM POINT LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the Township of Boys in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-508-2, filed with the Records Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on February 13, 2012.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
