(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS — LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. Section 49 of Ontario Regulation 136/12 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
2.1 The amount for retrofitting school space for child care.
2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:
Amount for retrofitting school space for child care
51.1 The amount for the board for the fiscal year for retrofitting school space for child care is determined as follows:
1. Determine the total costs incurred by the board in the fiscal year to retrofit space in buildings or on real property owned, leased or otherwise acquired by the board for the purpose of providing child care for children who, on August 31 of the previous fiscal year, were younger than 44 months of age.
2. Take the lesser of,
i. the amount determined under paragraph 1, and
ii. the board’s maximum capital entitlement for retrofitting school space for child care set out in Column 2 of Table 25.1 opposite the name of the board.
3. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Table:
