Amending O. Reg. 438/07

(PRODUCT SAFETY)

1. Subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 438/07 is amended by adding the following definition:

“consumer product” means a consumer product as defined in section 2 of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (Canada);

2. Subsections 8 (0.1) to (4) of the Regulation are revoked.

3. Subsection 9 (1.1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or a consumer product” after “medical device”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
