Amending Reg. 734 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS — NORTHEASTERN AND EASTERN REGIONS)

1. Schedule 1 to Regulation 734 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 1
PHELPS LOCAL ROADS AREA

All of the Township of Phelps in the Territorial District of Nipissing and part of the Mattawa River, Turtle Lake and Talon Lake and offshore islands in the waters of the Mattawa River shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1064-10, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 26, 2013.

2. Schedule 84 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 84
LOST CHANNEL LOCAL ROADS AREA

All of the Township of Blair and that portion of the Township of Mowat in the Territorial District of Parry Sound shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-1304-5, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on December 17, 2013.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
