Amending O. Reg. 340/01

(DESIGNATION - ONTARIO GINSENG GROWERS’ ASSOCIATION)

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 340/01 is amended by striking out “$75 per acre” and substituting “$100 per acre”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2015.
