Amending O. Reg. 134/98

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 30 of subsection 39 (1) of Ontario Regulation 134/98 is amended by striking out “the Ontario Power Authority” and substituting “the Independent Electricity System Operator”.

2. Paragraph 21 of subsection 54 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Ontario Power Authority” and substituting “the Independent Electricity System Operator”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
