Amending O. Reg. 611/06

(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)

1. Subsection 3 (3) of Ontario Regulation 611/06 is revoked.

2. Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by adding “and” at the end of clause (a), by striking out “and” at the end of clause (b) and by revoking clause (c).

3. Subsection 9 (5) of the Regulation is revoked.

4. Subsection 12 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2015.
