Amending O. Reg. 26/95

(GENERAL)

1. The French version of section 3 of Ontario Regulation 26/95 is amended by striking out “selon la formule” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “selon le formulaire”.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

5. In this Regulation, when a form is referred to by number, the reference is to the form with that number that is described in the Table of Forms at the end of this Regulation and is available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository.

3. Forms 1 to 9 of the Regulation are revoked.

4. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Table:

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
