Amending O. Reg. 351/12

(REGISTRATIONS UNDER PART II.2 OF THE ACT - WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS)

1. (1) Subclause 2 (4) (b) (i) of Ontario Regulation 351/12 is amended by striking out “or section 27 of the Act” and substituting “or subsection 27 (1) of the Act”.

(2) Subclause 2 (4) (b) (ii) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or section 27 of the Act” and substituting “or subsection 27 (1) of the Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
