Amending O. Reg. 100/99

(gas without charge or at a reduced rate)

1. Ontario Regulation 100/99 is amended by adding the following French version:

GAS SANS FRAIS OU À TARIF RÉDUIT

1. (1) Nul ne doit utiliser ou consommer du gaz qui a été fourni sans frais ou à un tarif réduit en vertu d’une entente conclue avec un distributeur de gaz pour lequel la fourniture de gaz sans frais ou à tarif réduit est une contrepartie.

(2) Le paragraphe (1) ne s’applique pas à une entente ou au renouvellement d’une entente conclue avant le 1^er janvier 1955.
