Amending O. Reg. 5/05

(TOBACCO TAX RATES)

1. Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 5/05 is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on April 28, 2017 or, if this Regulation is filed after that date, this regulation is deemed to have come into force on that date.
