Amending O. Reg. 75/01

(TAX MATTERS - PROPERTY TAX BILLS)

1. Section 13.2 of Ontario Regulation 75/01 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2.1) For the 2017 taxation year, the tax rate for the previous year for each general or special municipal levy for the commercial property class shall be used as the tax rate for the previous year for each general or special municipal levy for the landfill property class for the purposes of paragraph 1 of subsection (2).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
