Amending O. Reg. 47/10

(PENALTIES)

1. The Table to subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 47/10 is amended by,

(a) striking out “250” wherever it appears in Column 2 and substituting in each case “350”;

(b) striking out “500” wherever it appears in Column 2 and substituting in each case “700”; and

(c) striking out “1,000” wherever it appears in Column 2 and substituting in each case “1,500”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
