PRE-ELECTION REPORT FOR 2018 PROVINCIAL ELECTION

Pre-election report

1. (1) A pre-election report under subsection 10 (1) of the Act is required in connection with the 2018 provincial election.

(2) The deadline for the release of the pre-election report is 7 days after the day on which the Minister of Finance moves the Budget motion in 2018 under Standing Order 58 (a) of the Standing Orders of the Assembly.

Revocation

2. This Regulation is revoked on July 1, 2018.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
