Amending O. Reg. 49/01

(DESCRIPTION AND REGISTRATION)

1. Subsection 42 (1) of Ontario Regulation 49/01 is amended by striking out “September 1, 2011” and substituting “March 23, 2018”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of May 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
