1. (1) Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 148/10 is amended by adding the following item:

Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (15) comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 35 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
