Amending O. Reg. 302/18

(PROCEDURES FOR ACTIONS UNDER PART VIII)

1. The title to Ontario Regulation 302/18 is amended by adding “of the Act” at the end.

2. Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) A plaintiff may, in an action, join a lien claim and a claim for breach of a contract or subcontract.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
