Amending O. Reg. 257/10

(TAX ON BEER, WINE AND SPIRITS)

1. Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 257/10 is revoked and the following substituted:

Annual adjustment to rate of basic tax

5. (1) For 2011 to 2018, the annual adjustment date referred to in section 26 of the Act (Annual adjustment to rate of basic tax) is March 1 or, if March 1 is a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday.

(2) For 2019, the annual adjustment date referred to in section 26 of the Act (Annual adjustment to rate of basic tax) is December 31.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
