Amending O. Reg. 269/20

(MANAGER’S PROTOCOL RESPECTING THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19))

1. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 269/20 is amended by striking out the portion before clause (a) and substituting the following:

(1) The manager of the Terminal shall develop a protocol intended to,

. . . . .

(2) Subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “and may be amended from time to time for that purpose” at the end.

(3) Paragraph 1 of subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Subsection 2 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the 60th day following the end of the emergency” at the end and substituting “September 23, 2021”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
