(PRESCRIBED PROVISIONS AS BASIS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 317/18 is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 58 to the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019 comes into force.
