Amending O. Reg. 329/04

(GENERAL)

1. Ontario Regulation 329/04 is amended by adding the following section:

Prescribed ministry

19. The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services is a prescribed ministry for the purposes of subsection 46 (1) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
