Amending O. Reg. 45/20

(EXTENDING TIME PERIODS IN ONTARIO REGULATIONS)

1. (1) Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 45/20 is amended by striking out “sections 3 to 7” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “sections 3 and 7”.

(2) Paragraphs 4 and 7 of subsection 2 (5) of the Regulation are revoked.

(3) Paragraph 4 of subsection 2 (6) of the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Subsection 2 (8) of the Regulation is revoked.

2. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. Sections 5 and 6 of the Regulation are revoked.

4. Section 8 of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

5. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 1 and 3 come into force on June 1, 2021.
