Power of attorney

1. A power of attorney referred to in subsection 25 (4) of the Act shall be in the form entitled “Power of Attorney - The Limited Partnerships Act / Procuration - Loi sur les Sociétés en Commandite”, as amended from time to time, that is available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 126 (1) of Schedule 6 to the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
