Prescribed Loss or Expense

Prescribed loss or expense

1. For the purposes of subsection 21 (3) of the Act, a prescribed loss or expense is any economic or financial loss or expense that is caused by the member of Ontario One Call as described in clauses 21 (3) (a) and (b) of the Act, including, without being limited to, any loss or expense directly resulting from any delay in the designated broadband project or the need to redesign it.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 30, 2021 and day it is filed.
