Amending O. Reg. 189/08

(MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATORS: STANDARDS OF PRACTICE)

1. Paragraph 2 of subsection 34 (1) of Ontario Regulation 189/08 is revoked and the following substituted:

2.  A credit union to which the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020 applies.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
