Amending O. Reg. 474/73
(REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK, TOWN OF RICHMOND HILL (NOW THE CITY OF RICHMOND HILL))
1. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 474/73 is revoked and the following substituted:
ii. the westerly half of Lots 36, 37 and 38 in Concession 1 west of Yonge Street except for those lands being,
A. part of Lot 38, Concession 1 west of Yonge Street, being the lands outlined in red on a map numbered 238 and filed at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing located at 777 Bay Street, Toronto,
B. part of Lot 36, Concession 1 (VGN), and part of Blocks A to D on Registered Plan 1984, designated as Parts 3 to 23 and 25 on Reference Plan 65R-21641, and further identified by Property Identification Number 03215-0987 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region (no. 65),
C. part of Lot 37, Concession 1 (VGN), designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 65R-21641, except for Parts 4 to 6 on Reference Plan 65R-34531, and further identified by Property Identification Number 03215-1210 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region (no. 65),
D. part of Lots 37 and 38, Concession 1 (VGN), designated as Part 24 on Reference Plan 65R-21641, and further identified by Property Identification Number 03215-0982 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region (no. 65), and
E. part of Lot 37, Concession 1 (RHV), designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 65R-21641, and Part 1 on Reference Plan 65R-22095, except for Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 65R-34531 further identified by Property Identification Number 03215-1212 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York Region (no. 65).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
