Amending O. Reg. 414/05
(FARMING OPERATIONS)
1. Subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 414/05 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
4. Ontario Regulation 559/22 (Naloxone Kits) made under the Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 4 to the Working for Workers Act, 2022 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
