Amending O. Reg. 289/01

(PENALTIES AND RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT)

1. (1) The Table to section 1 of Ontario Regulation 289/01 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) The Table to section 1 of the Regulation, as remade by subsection (1), is amended by striking out “subsection 74.1.3 (3)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “subsection 74.1.1 (1), 74.1.1 (2), 74.1.2 (1), 74.1.2 (2) or 74.1.3 (3)”.

Commencement

2. (1) Except as otherwise provided for in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of the day section 10 of Schedule 2 to the Working for Workers Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 9 of Schedule 2 to the Working for Workers Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
