Amending O. Reg. 367/11

(GENERAL)

1. Clause (d) of the definition of “recognized educational institution” in subsection 32.4 (10) of Ontario Regulation 367/11 is revoked and the following substituted:

(d) a career college, as defined in the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, or

2. Paragraph 4 of subsection 42 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. A career college, as defined in the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.

3. Subparagraph iv of the definition of “recognized educational institution” in paragraph 7 of subsection 4 (1) of Schedule 4.1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

iv. a career college, as defined in the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, or

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
