Amending O. Reg. 400/98

(TAX MATTERS - RATES FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES)

1. Ontario Regulation 400/98 is amended by striking out “2023” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “2024”, except in section 12.

2. Subsections 12 (1) and (2) of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
