Amending O. Reg. 219/09
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 3 of Ontario Regulation 219/09 are revoked and the following substituted:
1. A permit that is issued by the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority under section 28.1 of the Conservation Authorities Act or the Minister under section 28.1.1 of that Act for the purposes of permitting a person to engage in an activity specified in the permit that would otherwise be prohibited by section 28 of that Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of the following days:
1. The day section 17 of Schedule 6 to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force.
2. The day section 25 of Schedule 4 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force.
3. The day this Regulation is filed.
