Amending O. Reg. 508/18

(DESIGNATIONS UNDER PART II.3 OF THE ACT)

1. Paragraph 4 of section 5 of Ontario Regulation 508/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

4.  Any activity that is prohibited under section 28 of the Conservation Authorities Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 25 of Schedule 4 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
