Amending O. Reg. 73/94

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 16 of Ontario Regulation 73/94 is amended by striking out “subsection 3.1 (3)” and substituting “subsection 3.1 (4)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (2) of Schedule 6 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
