Amending O. Reg. 287/07

(GENERAL)

1. Clause (a) of the definition of “planned” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 287/07 is amended by striking out “Part II” and substituting “Part II.3”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (2) of Schedule 6 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
