Amending Reg. 680 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The definition of “census division” in subsection 10 (1) of Regulation 680 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “the 2016 Census of Canada” and substituting “the 2021 Census of Canada”.

(2) The definition of “census subdivision” in subsection 10 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the 2016 Census of Canada” and substituting “the 2021 Census of Canada”.

2. The rows for Forms 5 and 6 in the Table of Forms to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

6	Notice of Jury Postponement	January 1, 2024

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
