Amending O. Reg. 672/00
(ONTARIO MEDIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION)
1. Subsection 8 (1) of Ontario Regulation 672/00 is amended by adding “and by section 11.0.1 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011” after “this Regulation”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Reducing Inefficiencies Act (Infrastructure Statute Law Amendments), 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
